Enjoy independence on snow with our new line of Back Country Sleds and Snow Chairs. Now you can get around the yard, walk the dog, go to the park, cross a frozen lake to ice fish or experience a back country adventure. Great for home use, out-door recreation centers, ice fishing, ski areas, parks and schools. We call it a hybrid, it is light weight like a cross country sled but can handle hard core backcountry terrain like a downhill sit ski.

 

Back Country Sled

Heavy duty light weight aluminum frame, bolt on skis, padded seat and back rest. We provide each sled with 170cm Alpine skis, for great coasting, plenty of snow lift and responsive steering,  Great for home use, ice fishing, cross country trails and outdoor programs.

We offer private Cross Country ski lessons for wheelchair users at Richmond Park all winter long. Lessons are by appointment 7 days a week and cost $75 for a 2 hour lesson.
